Bike To Lose Weight

Bike to lose weight

Bike to lose weight is a great E-book for anyone who has trouble losing weight and keeping fit.
In this book I’ll explain why cycling is such a great activity for losing weight, keeping fit and making new friends.

Basics of Bikes, Nutrition & Weight Loss

I’ll explain the basics from bike parts to gear. You’ll find some simple programs to structure your activity. Eating properly is such an important part of losing weight that I’ll show you the ABC’s of food and offer some great tips to speed up weight loss. And for those whose cycling may take them beyond the social level, I have included core exercises to encourage body strength and improve your cycling.

For all my tips and guidance, you will still need determination to succeed. Struggling with motivation can be a challenge to anyone embarking on a new activity. So I’ve included some great motivational tips and exercises to keep you on track. Also, because we cannot predict the weather I have included a section on indoor training so you can you can keep your activity levels high even on bad weather days.

Humor Included

If this all sounds serious, that’s because it is. Cycling can change your life. However, cycling can, and should be fun too. For this reason I have asked my good friend Bruiser to come along for the ride. Chapter by chapter he will provide light-hearted interludes as he shares the challenges he faced in following my advice.

Top half of the site looks good. Straight forward, I especially like the banner at the top.

One thing I don’t understand is the “The Better Sleep” image near the bottom. Is this an ad? You might want to include some dialog about it so your visitors understand it.

Also, is the search bar for this site?? You might want to move it to the top below the banner and label it.

    Just some thoughts.

There were two times I’ve been in the best shape of my life. One of them was doing P90X and the other was cycling. I lost a ton of weight and I was in such good shape. I could climb stairs, hills, mountains and take long walks.

I like that you’ve addressed motivation and that you’re not a substitute for it. Thanks.

    Hi Bruce,

I bought a bike some time ago because I felt like I needed to exercise more but I didn’t want to join the gym as I live in beautiful and sunny Barcelona I thought a bike would be great to stay in shape and have fun outside too . Best decision I have ever made, I feel better than ever and with a little change in my eating habits I lost some weight too.
Looking forward to read more from you

      Hi Angelique,
I use to frequent the gym but cycling outdoors is so much more fun. You can make the cycling as tough as you want so theres always a challenge.
      Thanks for the comment.

    hi Bruce!
you wrote a book? Wow that is awesome!According to your video, people sure seem to have positive things to say about Bike to lose weight. Cycling is a good way to lose weight for sure. I prefer it to walking or running. The wind in your hair, the scenery. Such a good way to exercise. I also love that fact that you go beyond discussing cycling but also include tip no nutrition and other other exercises.

    Hi Bruce,

i love how this is an all around lifestyle change thing, and how you underline that healthy eating along with regular exercise are the must have ingredients to lose extra weight. It’s great that it’s a beginners guide also and anyone can start to cycle, you make it sound really enticing especially with the opportunity to make new friends and motivational tips along the way, with some humor too! If i wasn’t a bike and spin lover already I would definitely get excited to try it!

    Take Care,

    Eva.
